With over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, I have purchased, owned, and managed several large property and casualty insurance agencies. This extensive experience has given me a deep understanding of underwriting homeowners insurance, especially in one of the toughest insurance climates in the country. As carriers have left California, shut down business, or raised premiums significantly, I’ve navigated these challenges and helped my clients secure the coverage they need.

My journey into real estate began when I acquired a 3-unit commercial building to use for my insurance business. I unknowingly "house hacked" but this venture ignited my passion for the real estate world. Since then, I’ve expanded my portfolio, acquiring properties to AirBnB, long-term lease, and rehab and flip. I always have at least one rehab/flip project ongoing and am constantly looking for my next project! This hands-on experience has provided me with valuable knowledge in many aspects of real estate.

What I enjoy most is working closely with clients, which led me to pivot my career to focus on mortgage lending and buying and selling real estate. This shift allows me to be more present for my clients, guiding them through every step of the process.
